OUR PROCESS

REDUCE

HELP CLIENTS STOP PRODUCING UNNECESSARY WASTE

Not understanding the byproducts of our industries and the processes in which they are created can generate bottlenecks in waste redistribution. By analyzing how excess waste is generated, we work to identify points that generate a disproportionate amount of material and seek solutions to overproduction.

REUSE

SELL OR DONATE MATERIALS IN THEIR NATURAL STATE

When reducing the amount of waste generated to zero is not possible, the next course of action is finding an appropriate destination for the excess material in its natural, unprocessed state. This includes everything from electronics to appliances, pallets, furniture, and building materials. Green Up Solutions excels in reverse supply chain management by finding product generators who have a need for these materials, and by working with charitable organizations to redirect usable equipment and products back into commercial or private use.

REPURPOSE

SELL, DONATE, OR PROCESS MATERIALS TO BE SOLD FOR NEW USES

Practicality and passion drive the efforts made by Green Up Solutions to repurpose materials. Through the colloquially-titled process of ‘upcycling,’ Green Up Solutions connects with creators and businesses who restore, rebuild, and rehabilitate different types of waste, be it through pallet furniture, scrap metal art, or the resale of genuine antiques as decorative pieces for homes, offices, or businesses.

RECYCLE

DISMANTLE, SORT, AND TRANSPORT MATERIALS TO APPROPRIATE FACILITIES

With decades of experience to rely on, processing and sorting scrap metal, paper, cardboard, and textiles are a pillar of our company. Our knowledge base and relationships in sorting and handling ferrous and nonferrous metals for recycling have led to connections for safely and appropriately recycling books, paper, cardboard, clothes, mattresses, and much more.

RESPONSIBLE DISPOSAL

SORT AND TRANSPORT REMAINING MATERIALS

Green Up Solutions is no stranger to the most challenging types of waste to dispose of safely, like e-waste, televisions, yard waste, and concrete. Responsible disposal also means utilizing landfills and material recovery facilities for municipal solid waste and single-sort recycling. However, as we continue to progress with waste gasification technology, there will be less and less dependency on public utilities of that nature, and an emphasis on generating clean energy while safely disposing of medical waste and contraband in addition to the aforementioned (and more common) waste types.
